PLEASE FIX THIS APP!

I have had this app for a few years and the same issue has plagued me - it will NOT let me log in to my Webkinz account. It freezes whenever I try to enter my login info. Its also impossible to contact Webkinz support - the link is broken and you get a "page not found" error. Sooooo annoying!
